  • The people are totally incompetent. It took five calls for someone to finally tell me where my car was. No one even called for my car to be towed. The driver just saw my car parked in a neighborhood after hours and took it. The workers either couldn't answer my questions or were so rude that they said they were going to hang up on me. Of course I'm mad, you towed my car from in front of my house!
