  • My daughter rented from Palladium and she had nothing but issues from DAY 1. They rent to just about anyone, so beware of your neighbors. They state on the website that they have camera security, but when her car was vandalized there were no cameras anywhere. She was beat up on the premises and when police were called, she got in trouble ... not the people who beat her up. The same people have pulled a knife on another renter as well AND dogs have been stolen from the complex!! How do these people get in to steal dogs!! Checking recently, those people still trespass on the premises, even though the police said they would make sure she was removed. However, if you are a male (and maybe even a female), she would live with you and exchange favors for rent!! That's the kind of place it is ... ALSO, water was turned off, the place is VERY LOUD because people don't work or sleep in that place. GOOD LUCK TO YOU IF YOU RENT FROM THAT OVER PRICED DUMP!! MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL THE REVIEWS ... SOME OF THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!
