  • The generally accepted course of action when someone hands you a tip is to thank them. Even "Have a nice day" would have been appreciated. I didn't catch her name but Ms. Cool with the long purple witch-like nails needs to learn some manners. Terms like "thank you" and "have a nice day" should probably be included in your training manual. Don't make me switch to Starbucks. I'm not even playing.
