  • We had a full physical inspection of our home done before purchasing and some AC issues were noted. For a second opinion we had ACTION AC come out and do an independent inspection since our home has 5 large units. They found problems that had been overlooked in the initial inspection that we were then able to have corrected before we closed on the home. This saved us a substantial amount of money. As an engineer I was rather inquisitive about the details of the multiple units. It was clear that the Action AC technician had a deep & detailed understanding of AC units from multiple manufacturers. All of our service issues for quickly rectified and the system was back to 100% quickly. This company means business and deserves a full 5 star rating. Plus, friendly and courteous personnel.
