| - I've been here a few times for my oil change and warranty service. Service guys, well Tyson and James,were always friendly, they always try to do an upsale but just tell them I'm here for what I came for. I got Mike this time, he was somewhat friendly. It seemed like I was just another customer and tried to hurry me out. While I wait, I go to the showroom and I just can't browse without someone coming up to me trying to sell a car or tradein. I don't mind the first question, they are salesmen but leave me alone when I say I'll come get you if I have questions. Not to my surprise, Mike did not listen. When they pulled up my car, it did the same thing I brought it in for. Mike dismissed what I said and said that he put a new battery in it and the car starts. I told him after 3 attempts the car turned over. The car is a year old. He wouldn't even ask the service guy that started the car. After going back and forth, I just said that I'll just take it to someone that will fix the car not going to argue with you. He then offered to do a diagnostic (why didn't he do that before). He brought it back and a little later (30min) he said he can't find something wrong with it. I drove to the store after and it took 3 times to turn it over and start. So I'm bringing it to another place. That's the reason I give one star instead of five. Typical/average car dealership, they try to sell a car even when you have a new one in the shop and service is very disappointing, the one star is gracious and thats because of Tyson and James.
