The services good, the employees a joke. I had my one dog through UPC. Had a good experience. Then my card got shut off, moved houses and found out later that my membership cancelled when I tried to put my new dog on the insurance.
The first employee was very rude and unprofessional. Demanding a 17 new applicant fee, a 20 decline card fee and 12.99 a month for both dogs. Fine, whatever. The part that got me was her raising her voice at me, not letting me talk, informing she was "working" with me. How are you WORKING with me if you are demanding more money and screaming at me. I said I wanted to do it, 24 a month for both dogs, fine. Clearly communication isn't a key here with this company. I get another person who told me I apparently "hung up" on her last time and should have called seeked her out and apologized. You work in a corporation, not your living room.
Long story short, she told me she would have to "reconsider" my membership and she would call me back. Anndddd never heard back from her.
