  • While everyone in the service department is nice and speaks well, the communication between staff there is awful. I use them to get my car serviced for warranty purposes. I never get calls back when I'm told I will, there's no follow through on issues I ask about, and no one seems to know what's going on when you talk to them when your car is there. Very disappointing. I love my rogue however!!
