  • Called around to a few brake shops and ended up Booking an appointment with Brake Masters due to the price I was quoted for changing the brake pads on my wife's highlander (134.00+tax) which I thought was a great deal. I show up Monday and drop my wife's car off and am told it will be about an hour. 15 min later I get a call saying it's due for a flush of the brakes and needs all new pads. I knew it needed pads (that's why I made the appointment) I declined the flush and then was told the front brakes would be 134.00 and the back 164.00. I told them I was told it would be 134.00 for all brake pads, the employee proceeded to tell me that is the special but only for the fronts. I was very frustrated and felt scammed and mislead. I told them to put my tires back on I'm coming to pick it up, once I got there the employee just handed me my keys (did not say a word) and I walked out. I took it to another shop and it was done for 150.00! Beware of this place!
