  • This is really a hidden gem in Las Vegas. I had dinner at the bar and it was a very nice experience. Tuscany Gardens says if they have the ingredients they will make it! Very accommodating!!! I wanted shrimp scampi and Lemanuel suggested I request the larger shrimp for an up charge. I also told him I'm not a big pasta water but wanted to carb up with the mashed potatoes....he was happy to do so! I also ordered the asparagus which was delish and had freshly headed cheese on it! Great wine selection and I wish I had room for dessert!!! I will be back
