  • Avoid this Gym and go somewhere else for your fitness, you will thank yourself in the future. The front desk staff is generally indifferent and apathetic to what is going around them. Half of the exercise bikes are broken. There are a few crosstrainers which have had "Out of order" signs on them for weeks. The TVs are really old and some have really bad picture quality. While the cleaning staff cleans, Gold's leaves both front doors wide open so that our membership money can go towards air conditioning the hot desert outside (this goes on for hours at a time). When this topic is brought up the front desk staff shows how indifferent they are. The showers in the men's locker room smell and I found tiny little bugs on the shower curtains (never showering there again). The sauna also smells, but I have found old coffee cups and even a banana in there so don't even ponder why. Gold's also regularly sends out advertisements in the neighbourhood advertising a 10$/month membership option, but on non of the advertisements to they write out the 95$ sign-up fee. Really, do yourself a favor and go to another fitness center.
