  • After a previous good experience I came back here, and I'm highly disappointed. I mentioned several times to Helen that I wanted to keep the length on the top of my head, and she proceeded to chop more than half of it off. When I told her I was disappointed with how much she took off, she defended what she did instead of even trying to apologize. I doubt I will be back, and I sure as hell won't let her cut my hair, again, if I am.
