  • Horrible customer service! My mother took her car there for brakes and has had nothing but problems with them ever since. They told her this week that her car needed new calipers. She went to the Luxus dealership for a second opinion. Turns out she didn't need calipers at all!!!!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. Follow up... none of the $800 worth of the repairs that my mother was quoted were done and her car is fixed. The Lexus dealership simply changed the substandard brakes that were installed by Conrad's. I can't express enough how disappointed I am by Conrad's. Our family has taken all of our vehicles there for years.
