  • I called them 2 times and left messages before the holidays, no response... I called earlier this week and actually spoke with Nate but had to call him back to set up an appointment. I called later that day, he responds will a text saying: I'll call you later. I responded okay. No call later. I called the next day, no answer. My husband called and left a message, no response. Horrible Customer Service. He obviously does't need my business and won't ever get it.
