| - I've lived in San Tropez for almost 2 years. In that time, I've lived in 2 different units, a 2 bedroom and a 3 bedroom with a pool view.
Pros: the grounds are kept beautifully, sometimes they water them a little too much and they flood but for the most part, they are perfect. The pool..... Need I say more? It's beautiful, huge, and has a full kitchen with a flat screen tv and two grills. The pool honestly reminds me of a resort pool and I love seeing it from our apartment everyday!
The units are nice, our 3 bedroom has updated appliances but no hardwood floors. They are a decent size and there is a lot of storage (all the patios have huge storage closets).
The price: its reasonable for a two bedroom and great for a three bedroom. It's a little expensive if you're planning on living solo but it's nicer than the less expensive options near by.
San Tropez is close enough to old town that going out is easy, $10 cab and you're home safe.
Cons: My only complainant is maintenance with our place. Every time it rains (which isn't that often) we have a leak in our ceiling. Four storms this year and more than 4 leaks. They are good about fixing it but still,
It's annoying. Other small issues have come up as well. Parking can be tight as well but definitely better than other complexes nearby.
Overall, my roommates and I love San Tropez! It's dog friendly, the people are great and it's priced right!
