  • Would give zero stars if I could. Do not pre-tip this service if you use them. Used this company for 2 trips in the past 12 months. Should have learned from the first s@#t-show not to use this company, but we thought the second time would be better. Only one of the 4 shuttle rides went according to plan. Every trip we had reservations weeks in advance. We pre-paid and paid extra for a shuttle ride for directly to and from the hotel. You would think this would be a straightforward experience. Crazy long wait times at the airport both trips (you have to be outside or you'll miss them yelling out your number). This was an hour standing around in the hot weather, nowhere to sit, very unpleasant. First trip from airport to the hotel, we didn't get what we reserved and paid extra for-- instead we rode with a group after about an hour waiting... and asking...and waiting. They didn't offer to refund the extra we paid, but at that point, in the summer, we were just glad to get on any shuttle. We asked about the tip, and the driver who took us said she didn't know if she would even get the tip we paid when making the reservation. (We weren't supposed to be her fare, so who knows.) The second trip, we got what we paid for going to the hotel after a full hour waiting. The second time, we didn't bother asking questions, as we expected the long wait time based on previous experience. The drivers were all safe. One of the 3 was exceptionally friendly and seemed genuinely happy with his job. (That was the one ride that went as planned.) Going back to the airport from the hotel was great on the first trip, but our second trip to Vegas they no-showed for our 5:30 a.m. to the airport. We called to ask where they were and were told they came and "couldn't find us" and left. Are you kidding me? How about calling us when you "can't find" us? With a flight to catch, pre-paid service, why would we not be there? No apologies on their part. (They had no other stop on this reservation, which we paid extra for.) We took an Uber at that point, which we should have done in the first place, and paid 18.00 plus tip for the ride (cheaper than the shuttle). We were refused a refund by customer no-service, but will take it up with the credit card company. No one at their booth when we got to the airport either. (I'm not going to email a customer service rep. at this time. We were told thst morning we had no recourse other than requesting a charge-back from our credit card, because WE were no-shows.)
