  • We enjoyed the stay, had one of the larger suites. It was nice. I'm not sure who the giant bald dude is at night, but he does nothing but annoy customers and terrorize his staff, all of whom were on the ball (more than he was). We were there NASCAR weekend, all things considered, they handled it brilliantly. My sister lives in the area and we just moved across the country to Denver, so we plan to be in Henderson several times a year. There are other suites nearby, granted, they are 30-50% higher, but they have much better reviews. We will give them a shot next time because Mr. Bad Attitude really took the edge off our stay. The rest of the staff are practically saints. And super helpful. They deserve a better boss.
