  • I'd read the reviews after ordering a Groupon, but before they came, and was prepared for the worst. It wasn't anywhere nearly as bad as I was anticipating, though! Maybe it was my crew, or maybe it was because it was earlier in the day, but I didn't have the problems with surliness or unhelpfulness that I had read about. The crew got here right as I was about to take an important conference call, and while they tried to upsell me on some services, was very good about getting in, getting it done, and then getting out. The carpet looks almost as good as it did when I moved in (apartment living yay!), and although it's certainly damp -- which is to be expected after you have carpet cleaned -- it's not dirty or sopping wet. They were able to get stains out that I couldn't, and it was definitely worth the groupon plus the upgrade to the two-step cleaning. I don't know if I would have appreciated the value if I'd just done the steam cleaning, though -- I did that for one area, and don't see any vast improvement except for the pile being better.
