| - Horrid customer service, prices OK, and quality of work fine.
I went to a special sales event, where I was convinced to go for the most expensive model of the Civic of which they only had 1 left on the lot. So it was a sales event, and I got great savings, that part was good, however the amount of straight up major lies the dealer that sold me the car gave me were unreal (eg he told me the car uses regular fuel, where-as it actually is supposed to use premium, and that was just the tip of the iceberg). I was also promised several things that never happened, such as getting a call within a few weeks from picking my vehicle up from a tech who was supposed to walk me through all of the features of the vehicle, hoist it up and show me its the vehicle's under-body, and answer any questions I might have.
So that was my sales experience, definitely a 1-star experience. Now let's talk about service:
I made an appointment several days after picking my vehicle up with a few concerns I had about it. The vehicle was sold me to as "new" so it had (and still has) bumper-to-bumper warranty. I was told about one issue that they will call Honda about it and get back to me. It's now been 2 months since the appointment in question, and I still haven't heard back from them. I tried e-mailing the tech that I spoke to who I was told deals with warranty service issues who promised me to get back to me asking when I should expect to hear back from them with no response (I sent the e-mail in question several days after the service appointment).
Now I took my vehicle to another Honda dealership, and showed them the exact same issue I had with my navigation. As soon as they saw exactly what the symptoms are, they began actively working on it and worked on it for hours, no fluffing me off. Is it much to ask for an issue to at least be investigated when something's clearly not working properly (it's a very obvious issue that's not functioning properly).
I'm never returning to this dealership for anything based on my experience with them.
