  • Stopped in Urban yesterday afternoon to browse and pick up a few new (seasonal) accessories. To my surprise I was followed around the store by an UO employee. I'm aware this is a predominantly Caucasian area of Ohio, but no one should be followed in a store for suspicion of stealing based upon the color of their skin. How do I know this happened? There were several other people on the floor looking on shelves, picking up items, and trying on clothing but this particular employee was only focused (literally staring) at my fiancĂ© and I. Even worse, he didn't even greet us or ask if we needed help. Urban Outfitters is supposed to be a brand that celebrates culture and diversity. Do better UO!
