This was one of the local chains that I tried when I visited the Phoenix area. One would have to be living under a rock to not know that wood-fired is the new thing! There are several popping up around America, and Fired Pie is one of them. However, the experience there was nothing like any other, in a positive way.
Basically, you can mash it up any way you want. They do offer a wide range of choices, sorted by categories such as cheese, meat, veggies, etc. They make it right in front of you, kind of like assembly line-style. Then it gets baked and voila! Check it out sometime.
