  • The manager is really nice every time we have come in, but there is a serious need for customer service training. Young women behind the counter were joking around with one another while trying to take our order which was incredibly frustrating as they were not listening to my answers to their questions. I had to repeat myself a few times because they were not giving me their undivided attention. I have to say Mod Pizza is an overall better experience.
