  • Came here frequently enough to become a gold level donor, but then had two really painful phlebotomist experiences. Both times I pointed out that the needle was very painful, which hadn't been my usual experience, and they expressed indifference. I love helping people, but not being punished for it. Keeping it at 3 stars since the majority of my experiences were great, but playing russian roulette with the phlebotomists was enough to deter me from future visits here.
