Shuttle never arrived!
Ordered the rental through rentalcars.com.
Arrived at Charlotte airport to discover no onsite rental counter. Waited over 50 minutes (with wife, kids & bags) at marked pick-up location and shuttle never arrived. Called their 1-800 twice, got a live person, but apparently with zero results. After a competitor rental co's shuttle drove by us twice picking up their customers, on the third go round - we jumped on that shuttle and rented from them.
No follow-up from Payless as to why we didn't pick up the car or any correspondence. Poor customer service. I will not attempt to rent from them again. I consider myself lucky after reading all the other negative reviews. Too bad I didn't check yelp first.
