  • The recession has obviously hit Tree Pro's. But instead of trying to retain its customers, Tree Pro's has raised its price more than 25% since last Fall. And if that's not enough, they have tossed customer service out the window, too. They did not show up for the estimate the day they were scheduled. And even after they did do the estimate, when my husband so foolishly agreed to this figure, they never called back to schedule the trimming. I can get Tree Amateur's for this level of service.
