  • I recently stayed at your hotel and it was awesome the staff was extremely responsive and attentive and everything was great until the last day when we decided to take the kids swimming, one of the pools had something I don't know excessive chlorine or what but as a result two of my kids who were not wearing swimming googles had extremely painful and swollen eyes and we left the resort with kids in pain and crying. The two kids are traumatized and don't want to go swimming again. I was told by the attendants by the pool side that we were not the only ones who complained about it. So our extremely wonderful stay turned into a disaster, the EMT on site visited us and did a report and he was also very helpful. I know things like these happen so I wanted to give the hotel a chance to fix this issues but I never heard from them I emailed them about a month ago.
