  • By far my favorite restaurant in Madison. Pho is the best in the city for sure and the redesign makes it look very classy and fresh. Service can be hit and miss unfortunately, sometimes very quick and at times very slow. While it's great to see everyone working hard it is a little distracting and irritating that they wash and clean the silverware out on the floor. Make sure you plan your time to visit- even with the expanded space you can end up waiting a little bit for a seat. Come early and enjoy!!
