  • I have rented 2 different homes from EVPM and will stay with this company until I can purchase my own place. We had multiple repairs that were fixed in a timely fashion, including a bee infestation and huge water leak. EVPM took care of everything quickly. Office staff is friendly! Not sure where these negative reviews are coming from? Perhaps tenants who left the homes in disarray and had to actually pay for their damage? I don't know but I have nothing but good things to say about this company and have been treated very well.
