  • If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I hate this apartment complex. The front office is so unhelpful and just plain rude! I've worked with Renee, the manager, the most but there is also a new younger guy working there now, that is just as rude. They act like they hate their job and are completely uninterested in providing help and support for issues that arise with your apartment. When we signed our lease, Greystar was managing and they were so great! Prettying disappointing. They also don't keep the buildings clean. I'm constantly sweeping away spider webs and cockroaches. Gross. On top of that, it almost seems that the front office is out to get us. We're always getting notices on or door about policies that were not following, even though we are hardly ever home! It doesn't make sense to me. Our lease is up in May and I cannot wait to get out of this apartment. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE HERE!
