Cynthia was very helpful and friendly. Even when the store had a few people waiting, she still took the time to completely explain the process. The repair people were great with the initial problem of the screen lifting. However when I returned to pick up my IPad I was informed that the battery had expanded and was pushing on the screen. I asked about getting a new one. She said it would be $100 plus $50 to remove the glass. Cynthia kindly gave me a 10% off because the tech could've called me while the glass was off to ask me if I wanted to replace the battery but he didn't. I went home and thought about it and did some research. Apple will replace the battery without charging me to remove the glass. I called and told the store I would be back to pick it up. They said fine.
