  • Being a Cubs fan & once living in Chicago I was excited to see that the Hard Rock added Goose. The beers were good but the service was awful. Our waitress, a 50+ y/o trying to look 20, was not attentive & acted as though she didn't even want to be there. I know they are a newer establishment so maybe the "wrinkles" will get ironed out but until then be aware that you will be waiting a while so take your time.
