  • Very simple. Paid $10,000 for a tempur/tempur adjustable as well as a bed frame. They came to install and simply did not do it right. The bed frame is loose and the adjustable mattress rubs against the bed frame creating a very irritating noise. Told this would not be an issue and if there were any problems to contact my salesman Carlman. Rather it was an 800 number and now I have to wait 2 weeks for them to come out. For that amount of money I expect everyone involved to roll out the red carpet and make sure EVERYTHING is done right. That's what I get for going to a discount store. Although the high end places may charge just a bit more, at least they hold people accountable. .....And fix the problem immediately not in 2 weeks!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed. ...
