  • Great sno cone, terrible service. Wait in drive thru line for 12 minutes. One car in front of me, not multiple. 4 minutes of waiting for someone to just come take the cars order and another 8 minutes for them to make that order. I drove up and ask for a sample of blueberry as I am not sure I will like it. Told no samples in drive thru cause it holds up the line. Really? Just waited 12 minutes with one car ahead of me and one sample is going to hold up the line? Also, we have been here before and have gotten a sample of the candy corn, no problem. Need to better align for service standards across the board.
