  • RIP OFF WARNING!! These guys are a classic scam shop in every sense of the word. They quote one price over the phone then double it once you are there and they have your car torn apart. They will tell you that you need new rotors when you don't. Then over charge you for parts. They say you have to get a "premium" service to replace clips that come with the pads when you buy them. But for some reason they say theirs don't. Ceramic pads at auto parts store WITH THE CLIPS are 30 bucks. They wanted 80. Rotors at the auto parts store 40 bucks. They wanted 90. Rotors were still within OEM specs but they said they had to be replaced. Once I said put my car back together then all of a sudden the price starts dropping. Even as I was closing the door to my car they were still calling out lower "out the door" prices. I drove 100 feet to Big O Tires and got the work done for less than they quoted. Big O told me the specs up front and then showed me why the parts were good and what parts were bad and why they needed to be replaced. Avoid this place! Even their waiting area is horrible dirty, dingy, tv for the 80s. Save yourself some money and protect the safety on for family do not go here!
