  • Don't bother ordering a transfer of a used CD from their Vegas location to a Phoenix location. Almost a month of waiting and being told it's still showing as ordered, someone finally told me today that it doesn't show in their computer system because they pretty much use post-it notes when ordering used CD transfers and there is NO order showing. I was offered an expensive import copy instead.
