  • ugghh never ever again am i using this company. Twice in less than a year have I been screwed by this company. I guess I am a slow learner. A week later after i cancelled the service STILL no refund!! I've called x 3 all the reps do is push you off to departments that are closed. do not use supershuttle. they take your money instantly rom your account but won't give it back when the reservation is canclled within seconds for weeks later and after you've spent hours of frustration on hold with their incompetent representatives.
