  • Excellent staff and excellent rooms. I come to The area a few times a month and try to stay here every time. The last few times I stayed at Fairfield Inn in Beachwood because it was a lot cheaper.. I get what I pay for. Fairfield was awful with rude staff and something is always broke. I don't know why Springhill suites prices have recently increased, but I am probably switching back. My 7-year old loves it there much better and so do I.
