  • This was my first experience working with professionals to enhance my resume. I never wanted to seek assistance because I felt confident that I could find enough information to on the website to help with salary negotiation. However, my husband recommended me to seek assistance, and he saw that Perfect Resume offered a package of salary negotiation or your money back. I decided to take a chance because there was nothing to lose since I would get my money back if it didn't work. Kent assisted me within 24 hours on a brief 30 minute phone call. Keep in mind I had just called them the day before my salary negotiation call the next morning, so it was short notice. I had told them that I needed their assistance prior to following up with the hiring manager the next afternoon. However, Kent was confident he could assist me, and coached me first thing in the morning. He was very professional, helpful, and direct. With his guidance, I countered an offer by 5K to the hiring manager. The next day I ended up receiving a new offer of 4k over the original offer. I was not only happy about the outcome of the negotiation but more happy about how confident Kent made me feel after his coaching. After the call, I felt confident that deserved more than the offer on the table and was confident when it came to negotiating the salary. I highly recommend Perfect Resume especially for negotiating salary.
