| - Liars, cheats, and crooks. I had to beg for weeks for a copy of my contract and after I received it, I saw what a racket they pulled. By the way, they get you in with the advertised internet price but then they switch it to the sticker price and add tons of dealer markups too so that your $21k car you thought you purchased turns into $27k. The finance guy will bully you and the manager is a nasty, mouthy JERK!! Never again Bell Honda!!!
Yes Bell Honda, I stand by my review. It was 2 days before Christmas and my first day off work all year so I wanted to get home; you guys were busy and it was taking a couple hours waiting and I understand that so I offered to get the car after Christmas but your managers said I had to buy it now because of some year end inventory reason so the salesperson said they would finish up the paperwork and bring the car to me that day which was fine because I needed my husband to consign and he was running late at work. I very honestly was fine waiting to buy it the day after Christmas, I was actually trying to help the salesperson out by taking it now since that seemed to be so important but it was ruining our holiday with all the pushiness so when the salesperson got to my home, she handed me the keys and had us sign the papers, I didn't even realize she didn't leave us a copy as my husband signed after I did, I had already walked away. After haggling to get a copy mailed to me weeks after the purchase, I received one copy, not 2 as your reply states. And yes, the manager that your Customer Service Manager had me speak to was a JERK and yes, instead of using the advertised internet price of $21K as the base price I paid, your finance guy used the sticker price of 23K as my base price before all the other dealer add-ons and taxes and that is what I have a problem with. The bright side is, you don't have to be fair or professional because you have lots of other customers so Yay Bell Honda.
