For us, cars are a family affair. I had been thinking about upgrading from my beloved older car for some time, but was having trouble finding a new vehicle that I would consider a worthy replacement. Serendipity intervened when Mom and Dad met Sales Advisor (and all-around rock star) Chip Kim during a service appointment at Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert. Chip was more than happy to answer their questions about the certified pre-owned C250 coupe they spotted on the lot - and send me pictures. Understanding that this was already a difficult decision for me, now compounded by the surprise of how much I enjoyed the car when I first took it for a test drive (up until this point I had been leaning toward a very different make and model), Chip never made me feel rushed. He was gracious with his time and an absolute delight to work with. Over the course of the weekend, both Chip and Manager Christian were attentive but never pushy - literally willing to go the extra mile to make sure this was the right car for me. The whole experience from first arriving at the dealership to driving away in my new (to me) car was exceptional. I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere, dedication to detail, and refreshingly fair pricing. My C250 is a joy to drive, and I am confident the MB of Gilbert team will take good care of it when it comes time for service.
