  • We love Rocky's. They burnt our pizza which we didn't look at till we got home. They promptly corrected the problem, and very graciously I might add. We even received a hand written note from the corporate office apologizing as well as a letter from the store in which they took total responsibility for the issue. I give them 6 stars for customer service.
