  • Copper Star, I love you. After buying our house in July 2015, we needed to find a new coffee shop. I order an iced americano probably 5-6 days a week and prefer to support the local coffee shops rather than the chains. I found Copper Star and I'm so happy I did!! Copper Star is my Daily Happy Morning Routine place. I use the drive thru, the staff has my order memorized, and I'm always greeted with a friendly "hello!" and a quick chat about my day/car/lipstick shade/what have you. Within just a few minutes, I'm zipping to work with my perfectly made iced 1/2 caff americano with cream. Helpful tips - enter the drive thru from the west parking lot entrance. Both sides of the old gas pumps are fair game for drive thru speediness. Parking is not plentiful but there's a little lot behind the shop and some street parking as well. Food is super yummy. Ask for a stamp card and get your 10th drink free. Also, for your first visit, you get a free pastry! If you're hanging around, the indoors is a really cute space with lots of variety of seating options. The patio is great too. Music is always on, and you'll see familiar faces if you come here regularly. Enjoy!
