Always a staple for our Mexican Food place to go, unfortunately my Steak Chimi was not the best today - BUT, John the manager came around checking with everyone about how the food was at which point I had the opportunity to explain that the steak was very fatty and hard to eat today which is not the norm.
Bottom line, John the manager took the meal off of my bill and was very descriptive about how they are looking into changing the meat supplier to a better cut of meat....
John was a great Manager and did what a good Manager should represent in a restaurant!!!
