If you are thinking about purchasing from Ashley I would rethink that. We went in to look at bedroom sets. We actually found a set and got a decent price for the items so we purchased it. Delivery for the items was a week out, ok not a problem we can wait a week. Bedroom set comes, look it over everything looks good no damage, send the delivery men on there way. I go to put my clothes in what I thought was the nicest dresser I have owned to find out that the drawer slider was not even assembled correctly the drawer just falls out. Look at the other drawers and noticed that they to are not locking into place. (We got 2 dressers so we know that this one is assemble incorrectly). Call the 800 number to get help only to find out that you have to have a technician come out and look over the issue and if they say it is repairable then you have to wait for a window time frame for them to come back and fix it if not you get a replacement. Technician come out 2 days later says your dresser looks to be damaged I will get a new one out to you ASAP. Customer services calls to set up delivery time. We initially told them that we need an evening appointment as both my husband and I work. They say they can not confirm a late delivery time only make a note of it for the delivery driver. 1st confirm call was 8-12 delivery time. we had to reschedule, we can not do that time. At this time we are still waiting 3 weeks later for the dresser to be delivered in a time frame that we can make without missing work. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO WAIT FOR YOUR ITEMS. Don't expect them to assist you in resolving in anyway. I wish I could give the furniture back and go elsewhere that cares about their customers.
