If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have been banking remotely with Chase for 8 years since I moved to Hawaii. I recently got married and needed to change my name on my accounts. Since I was visiting family in Vegas I wanted to take care of my name change in person. WELLLL let me tell you... there was 5 people sitting in chairs waiting to be helped and one heavy set lady sitting at her desk on her cell phone. I approached her by saying "hello, I was wondering if I could change my name with you". She asked me if I had an appointment. I told her that I did not. She then responded with "well you should have made an appointment". I asked her how long the wait and told her my situation. She asked me if I had all my documents in which I told her I did. She said well it should only take 5 minutes to complete your name change request. She said she couldn't help me since she had an appointment coming in 15 minutes. Since she told me it only takes 5 minutes to change my name and her appoint was due to arrive in 15 minutes it would make sense to me that she would just accommodate my request right??? NO, she said I could wait 15 minutes and if her appointment didn't show up she would help me. I reluctantly waited the 15 minutes in which time the 5 people still were not helped and her appointment still didn't show up and she was on Facebook on her cell phone. I approached her and asked if she could now help me and she said no since she needed to go on break?? WTF, really! I asked to speak to the branch manager, I was told he was not in at the moment. Anyway they have zero customer service skills, I left because I lost my cool and didn't want to get arrested.
