First of all, I expected so much better from "the brand."
The staff was very helpful and kind. We requested extra towels, extra toiletries and a crib and they were in our room upon arrival. The maintenance guy helped us to figure the ac out and was always checking on us in case we needed something.
Unfortunately, the state of this property in comparison to other Residence Inn and/or Marriot is sub-par. I can overlook old cabinets and a microwave that is HUGE for the counter but what I CANNOT OVERLOOK is a toilet and bathtub that are too old to clean to the extent to look fresh any longer.
Since my family and I visit Phoenix quite frequently, we will look for a better Marriot property for our stays.
