  • This Starbucks is located in The Mirage Hotel and Casino. No questions this was the worst Starbucks I ever have been too. The lines are way too long. Way understaffed to handle any kind or rush crowds. When you have over 30 people in line and only two employees you know you have a problem. One cashier and one person making your drinks. After waiting almost 30 minutes to order my drink the cashier set what I can I do for you. Really???? So I ordered my vanilla latte and instead I get a black coffee that I never ordered. So I said to the employee, sorry you made the wrong order. So she said if you like you will have to wait 10 minutes before I will make you drink again. I'll pass and you can keep the coffee. So, I ended up walking out without any drinks. If you paid me to come back to this Starbucks, I would not. I would find other options when it comes to Starbucks. If I could I would give them zero stars. How do you expect people to come back when you have major attitude.
