  • I initially found this place by driving around the neighborhood last summer...I come here on and off as my schedule permits. I walked into day to find empty nail salon so I just imagined I was going to picking my nail color and jump right in the chair.. The owner of the nail salon asks me, "How can we help?" I reply, I need pedicure again there are three technicians doing NOTHING so I thought I was going hop in.. But instead I got reply that was very unexpected... She tells me that I would need to come back in hour due to one incoming appointment. I am thinking so why can't the other two people handle my simple request. She looks at her appointment book which lists one person coming in. I walked out disappointed because I chose to spend my hard earned money in your small business in my neighborhood and you chose not to help me because you don't want to help... I am still confused why there were two other nail techs that were doing their own nails that could not help the customer that walked in your place of business. I will not return ever. There is sign on door that reads "walk in welcome" it should read "by appointment only"
