Every trip to this discount location is a comedy of errors. They lost a hubcap one time and when I called, no one could locate it. The next day I was told it was likely thrown out.
I had a nail in my tire and came in for a patch. The technicians could not find the nail (they didn't pressure test each tire). A week later the tire was completely flat and I was forced to buy a new tire despite having a 3 month old tire on that wheel. The nail was not in the sidewall, but the options were pay up or get the car towed to another tire repair center.
They refuse to put new tires on the front of FWD cars with bogus claims. The real reason is they want you in there buying new tires prematurely. I feel like throwing a tire through the window like the old lady on the commercials.
