  • Mike R. came out to inspect our prospective new home yesterday. He was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He took his time and meticulously documented current issues and also potential issues. After he was done, he spoke with us at length about the findings and his recommendations about what will need repair and replacement in the near future. We appreciated his background knowledge about the area as well. He also took the time to enter our appliances into an app that looked up the appliance to check for any reported recalls on them! Our report was delivered via email the same evening of the inspection allowing us to move forward quickly with the home buying process. The office staff was also great! We got set up quickly for our inspection appt and they handled the communication with our realtor and kept us up to date with changes. The inspection price was extremely fair and we appreciate all their help! Thanks again. If we buy a home again we will definitely contact this company for our home inspection.
