  • I decided to go here based on the great reviews. I usually use the dealership for all my repairs, but this issue seemed a little fishy. Basically, the radiator was leaking coolant into the transmission. The dealership told me that both the radiator and tranny needed to be replaced and was looking at about $5500. I asked if the trans was damaged and if it could be flushed and they said there wasn't a way to tell and that to be sure would be to replace the whole thing. Decided to get a second opinion. After Louis looked into the issue he told me that just the radiator needed to be replaced and that after flushing the trans it seemed to be ok. After a whole day of working on replacing the part, they wanted to keep it another day to be sure all was working. I got a call back saying that the transmission is damaged and needed to be replaced. With the cost of the radiator it would have been more than the dealer in the first place. But hey got a new radiator for 1k and a silly offer to buy my Pathfinder for 1k. Never straying from the dealership again.
